We are so pleased to now be able to provide to our tenants a secure login to view all the import information and status of where your rent is paid and more on your property.

Rest assured the portal will not stop us communicating with you.  You will still receive our calls, emails and SMS as we keep you up to date on your maintenance, routines, rent etc. The aim of the portal is to help you securely store in the one spot for easy access details on your tenancy.  It is also a great spot for you to notify us of non urgent maintenance (urgent maintenance, in particular after hours we need to receive via phone).

On the portal you can see;

  • Current rent being paid and your paid to date
  • Your water accounts and any other tenant invoices
  • Your transaction history from the 1st June 2018
  • All the jobs that have been reported for your property and their status
  • The ability to report new maintenance (and upload any relevant pictures if needed)
  • Lease expiry dates

Please if you haven't done so already, check it out.  Simply follow the steps from your 'portal invite' email.  We have had wonderful feedback from those who have and sincerely hope you love it as much as we do.

Once you have created your secure password (your login is your email address) you can access the portal any time by going to our website sgaterentals.com.au and accessing the 'tenant portal login' page under tenant (or click here!)
