Seeking a vibrant team player to join our busy residential property management team. 


Managing a portfolio of approx 110 properties you will be responsible for end to end tasks including;


Reference checking

Thorough ingoing reports

Routine and follow up inspections

Lease renewal recommendations

Maintenance, both required and pro-active

Final inspections

Bond finalisation

Backed up by a wonderful administration team who take care of trust accounting, water billing, lease renewal documentation, etc.

Prior experience, or those looking to step up from a PM Assistants role is preferable, however we will consider candidates who can clearly demonstrate in their application letter;

Effective communication and negotiation

Problem solving

Attention to detail

Time management/task prioritisation.

Necessary skills are ability to easily adopt new technology, word, outlook, general pc skills and navigation.
